Tasting Notes:

Pour golden brown with a translucent golden center. Spicy nose of earthy, natural ginger. Creamy sweet on the palate with a very peppery backbone of ginger spice. Almost leaning towards a black pepper flavor. The pepper character lasts long throughout the finish and is accented by a light sweetness.
