Tasting Notes:

Rich amber / mahogany color. Vanilla and creme brulee on the nose. Soft in body and texture on the palate. Rich flavors of vanilla and oak mingle well. Raisins, dried apple, and clove. New oak is apparent on the palate and the finish is very dry with soft spices.
