Tasting Notes:

Nearly clear with a subtle golden hue. Creamy nose with fruit and floral notes. Peach, apricot, asian pear, slight minerality. Extraordinarily complex on the palate. Medium bodied. The palate is explosive. Notes of bright fruits, (pears, peaches), earth, flinty minerals. Dry and creamy on the palate. Leaves you with well-integrated notes of pear, complex earthy ginjo aroma, and rice. Very good.
