Tasting Notes:

Almost clear with a slight golden hue. Nose of fresh bread yeast and creamy banana. Medium-bodied and crisply up front. Evolves into a rich and earthy full bodied sake. On the palate there is a bold but very well-integrated note of nutty, earthy alcohol. Great full bodied style with a big dry finish. Barbecue sake!
