(Uses Proprietary yeast and estate grown Yamadanishiki)
Has a very elegant and subtle yellow tint.
Elegant nose with soft notes of vanilla, nuts, and licorice.
Medium-to-full bodied on the palate. There is a bright and crisp acidity up front with notes of earthy pear. The palate opens up into a bold flavor profile with caramel and soft notes of smoke. This sake really evolves in the glass.
Excellent.
