Tasting Notes:

Double charred 5 gallon barrels give a rich amber color like a bourbon.
Pretty nose of smoky vanilla, oak, and alcohol spice.
Bold and dry. Big flavor but with an elegant and lean body on the palate. The big oak regimen gives this rum a slightly smoky character and a bit of a charcoal note.
The finish is long with vanilla and oak.
