Softly sweet, creamy nose of lavendar, alcohol spice, earthy rice, and almond. Bright and a bit tart on the palate. Medium-to-Full bodied. The un-diluted genshu style of brewing lends a zesty note of alcohol to the palate of this sake. A nice element of pear shows through and evolves into a creamy almond note. The finish is rather bold and leaves you with a spicy note of peppery alcohol.
