Tasting Notes:

Slightly sweet earthy sugar cane notes on the nose along with peppery alcohol on the nose. Strong and hot on the palate. The flavor profile has an earthy cane note. The alcohol is rich and spicy. Pretty palatable on its own but it is not intended for straight consumption. A good base for making home-made alcohols and punches.
