Tasting Notes:

Rich golden honey color.
Nose of fresh apple, flowers, sweet malt and flinty oak.
Medium bodied and slightly oily on the palate with a rich spicy malt character and a bit of oak. Sweet malt with bright notes of apples and honey.
A bit of nutty sherry and vanilla show on the finish.
