Tasting Notes:

5 gallon barrel. Batch 8 Bottle 317. Rich orange hued amber color. The nose is orange, honey, and oak. Earthy grain up front on the palate with a short note of orange. There is a dense earthy grain character up front. The finish is dry with bold oak and some notes of earthy grain.
