Very pretty nose of natural vanilla and subtle sugar.
The mouthfeel of the vodka is what stands out at first. There is little alcohol presence and the body is very creamy and oily. The vanilla hits you mid-palate in a big way. It is soft, earthy, and natural. There is no bitterness and only a touch of sweetness.
This is a very good example of a well-crafted infusion. The flavor could match well with both dry and sweet drinks.
