Tasting Notes:

Light pale color with a slight haze. Almost like looking at ginger muddled in vodka.
Lightly sweet nose with a mellow ginger character.
On the palate the flavor is soft. The ginger is there but it is light and sweet with a touch of spice. The body is light-to-medium with a a good level of natural tasting agave syrup sweetness.
