Tasting Notes:

Rich amber/caramel color.
Rich sweet nose of banana flavoring reminiscent of banana cream pie.
Viscous and sweet on the palate. Good creamy banana flavor. Tastes fresh and has a bit of a candied character. Full proof without heat.
The rum character is a bit subdued making this spirit borderline liquer-like but it is delicious.
