Tasting Notes:

Pale amber color that is nearly clear at the fringes.
Big peat up front with light-to-medium smoke.
Very sweet on the palate. The sherry has a big influence. The falvor is slightly nutty under a rich backbone of peaty malt.
A nice blend of sherry sweetness and peat throughout the palate and through the finish.
