Tasting Notes:

This rum is aged in used sherry barrels for 1-3 years and then 5 times filtered through charcoal.
Clear.
Slightly smoky nose with underlying brown sugar and molasses character.
Lightly sweet on the palate with a texture that approaches medium and some very well balanced smoky/toasty character from the sherry barrels.
