Tasting Notes:

Extremely subtle yellow color.
Produced with flower yeast ND4.
The nose is intense. Very floral and tart with notes of tropical fruit.
Very floral and lightly sweet on the palate with rich pear and apple notes. The alcohol is nice and soft and has a slight anise note to it.
Very interesting. Sweet and approachable but very complex at the same time.
