Tasting Notes:

Yamahai nose with an earthy / cocoa powder note and underlying licorice and acidity.
Bright and slightly sweet up front on the palate with a great mix of earthy cocoa, vanilla, and crisp acidity on the palate. The notes fade to more of an fruity character on the finish that is reminiscent of green apples, but the earthy notes are still there.
