Nakate Shinsenbon is typically a rice used for food but is sometimes used in Hiroshima for sake production.
This sake has a slightly sweet nose with a bit of of a grassy note with rice and some tropical/fruity character leaning towards pineapple or green apple.
Light, clean, and approachable in style. The palate show bright fruit and light sweetness up front. There is a bit of alcohol spice on the mid-palate with the finish starting to have some mellow earthy notes. Overall, a nice sake in a very easy-drinking style.
