Tasting Notes:

They use the highest table-grade Louisiana molasses to distill this product.
Medium amber brown color.
Very nice nose of brown sugar and molasses with some notes of oak and spice.
Bright and lively on the palate. There is a bold brown sugar character throughout but the palate is almost fruity as well. A lot of complexity. Notes of sugar, oak, cinnamon, bubble gum, and candied apple. It has rich sweet flavor but there is enough spice and body to counter the sweetness. The high-grade of the molasses is apparent on the mouthfeel. It is very full but without any of the mouth-coating thickness of many molasses rums.
Great rum!
