Tasting Notes:

Base is 1970 Calvados and it is blended with
Rich brown color with amber tinted edges.
Elegant nose of vanilla and pretty stewed apple. There are hints of molasses or brown sugar and subtle leathery spice as well.
On the palate there is a lot of complexity. Notes of fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, rich brown sugar and soft oak.
