Tasting Notes:

Light amber color.
Complex nose of spicy oak, hints of coffee, and vanilla.
Dry on the palate with a rich oaky spice and a strong backbone of molasses and caramel.
The molasses is dominant and mouth coating but this is a nicely made rum in a dry and spicy/oaky style.
