Tasting Notes:

Light amber color.
The nose of this rum has a big note of vanilla and caramel. There is a crisp acidity there as well.
On the palate this has rich oak, a big vanilla note, and the body is very crisp.
The finish is big warming toasty oak and a long note of burnt sugar and caramel.
