Nearly clear, no color.
The nose has a big herbal character with very minerally white wine and a rich caramel sugary note.
Light-to-medium sweet on the palate. The flavor is very beautiful. The sugar element leans towards caramel and is mellow and consistent through the palate. The minerality of the wine base shows through nicely and there is a complex mix of herbs which is not overpowered by the sugar. Notes of wormwood and subtle bitter herbs.
Excellent!
