Corn whiskey nose with pretty vanilla. Custard-like fruit notes. Not too hot on the palate for the proof with big oak structure. Big dried fruit finish with a sharp and crisp minerality. With water it smells like vanilla and custard and tastes a bit more oaky on the palate. Well-made.
