Tasting Notes:
Earthy sweet cane juice nose. Melon rind. A little heat on the nose. Powerful with huge white pepper. Vanilla notes. This rum is bone dry, huge bodied, and earthy. There are buried cherry notes in the back of the mid-palate. The finish is all earth.
