Tasting Notes:

Awa means bubble.
This is a low alcohol aperitif sake. On the nose there are fruity notes of peaches, melon, and grapefruits and an earthy note.
Fresh citrus notes on the palate. Loaded with sweet melon notes, particularly cantaloupe. Peaches as well.
Very easy drinking, slightly sweet, and very pretty fruit character on the palate. Nice and refreshing.
