Juniper Berries, Lavender, Lemon Zest, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Coriander Seeds, Cardamon, Vanilla Beans, Cloves, Fennel, Cinnamon, Allspice, Chamomile, and Star Anise.
This gin is not redistilled after infusion so it is still a yellow almost wood-aged color.
Aromas of clove and black pepper, along with mellow juniper.
Rich and oily-textured with a flavor profile that is mellow and very pretty.
The botanicals taste very well integrated with a mild juniper and a soft clove with a pine-like character. Some present herbal and floral notes as well. Chamomile note and subtle juniper throughout.
Mellow flavor, oily texture, subtly sweet, and beautifully complex.
