Nakakumi means that this is filtered by hanging in bags and letting gravity filter the sake through. Huge nose of earthy truffle and chocolate with some fruity notes hiding behind a bit. Big textured palate of mellow sweet peachy notes and subtle notes of bitter chocolate. Leaves your palate medium dry with a very clean finish.
