Tasting Notes:

Spends 3 years in medium toast new casks, and finishes for two years in red casks (used casks)
Rich amber color.
Pretty fruit and a bit of spicy pepper on the nose. Sweet apple and subtle pear. Delicate. Not sweet on the palate. Rich oaky spice shows up big at first then fruit comes through. Great finish of fruit, vanilla, oak.
