Tasting Notes:
67% barley, 33% rice Made with cherry blossom yeast. Pretty nose of cherries and floral notes. Bigger on the palate than Island Dreams with bolder flavor profile. Earthy barley and rice are complemented by notes of cherry and a spicy alcohol mid palate. Nice.
