67% Barley 33% Rice From Iki Island The nose is that of barley whiskey with a sweet rice component. Light and fragrant. Very mellow and smooth on the palate. There is a soft and creamy texture of grain on the mid-palate with an earthy barley flavor. There is a spring-water-like aspect to the finish and a back end of soft alcohol spice. Elegant and complex.
